Monitor
These are more about the people. Aiding them so they are more efficient or effective than if you were not there.
Managers are hot.
Organizing is sexy.
The girl in my performance class needs to have the attitude smacked out of her.
Sensitive of needs...
Supportive...
Level headed...
Developing teamwork...
Assessing needs and demand...
EMPOWERMENT...
Management By Walking Around (MBWA): Look and listen.
Cyclical.....
Issues/problems--> confront them --> solve the problem --> etc.
Time Management: Dealing with what appears to be urgent compared to what is important.
1) Focus
2) Bend the rules sometimes
3) Hold people (and yourself) accountable
Make others successful.
